Paul’s Story

Paul from Yorkshire has Motor Neurone Disease (MND).  Following an assessment, with his Palliative Care team, it was advised that he needed to make adaptations to his living environment as soon as possible. The council were only able to approve hoists to help him into his bath and this was something Paul was understandably keen to avoid.

We fully funded the installation of a wet room for Paul (see images below).

Paul’s wife, Vikki said: “We are so grateful to you all for enabling us to get this done. It will help Paul so much. Massive thanks from me, Paul and the boys.”
